Chocolate Avocado Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground chia meal
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy free option)
