Chocolate Avocado Chia Smoothie

If you are looking for a quick nutritious snack/mini meal to take on the go or something to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further than this delicious, nutrition-packed, smoothie. This glass of chocolaty goodness packs tons of fiber, iron, calcium, B-complex vitamins, vitamins E and K, EFAs, magnesium, potassium, and zinc! It is super filling and satisfying, most find that it works as a meal replacement too.

Chocolate Avocado Chia Smoothie

1 servings | Ready in 2 minutes | Recipe Level: Easy


  • 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground chia meal
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy free option)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or other sweetener of your choice for sugar free option)
  • 1/4 cup ice (optional)


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet
  2. Blend well for about 30 seconds until you achieve a smoothie consistency
  3. ENJOY!
